Appeal Committee (Committee on Discipline)

This decision-making committee hears the appeal of any decision made by the committee on discipline. May dismiss the appeal, grant it or make the decision that it believes should have been made by the committee on discipline. It has five members, each with a three-year term, and may sit with three or five members. They meet approximately four times a year. Members of the PCA, the complaints examination committee and the committee on discipline can not be appointed to the appeal committee.
